Dear Sue:

How easy it would be for me to say that I haven’t had the time to properly thank you for all of your help. I could even feign amnesia or pretend that I haven’t been taking my Ginko Biloba. But none of that is true. I don’t know why I haven’t thanked you before now, but I hope to correct that situation right here.

You have been my port in the storm. From the very beginning I knew that I could count on you to answer all of my questions and allay all of my fears. You were there to hold my hand through everything. Even now, almost 6 months after my surgery, you are still there when I need help.
Thank you so much for being a wonderful person. It shows how much you love what you do, and how much you love helping people. I hope you know how much I appreciate and love you for everything you have done to help me. I don’t think there are enough words in the dictionary to express my thanks. But I hope that in some small way I have been able to convey to you how I feel.

Your friend,

Kelly
