Dear Dr. Lewis

How can I thank you for performing the LASIK Surgery on my eye as a gift to me? I can’t so I am praying that the Lord will bless your for it. His rewards surpass anything this world has to offer. So, I have asked Him to give you the wisdom to renew my eye so that it will be able to function again without the annoyance of a “dry eye” and to be the shape of a basketball that both of us can say the Lord has done great things for us.

I have a song that I just love and even though you might not know it and never heard it sung, I would like you to read the words. It is called “My Tribute”.

How can I say thanks for the things You have done for me – Things so undeserved, yet You give to prove Your love for me? The voices of a million angels could not express my gratitude – All that I am and ever hope to be, I owe it all to Thee.

To God he the glory, To God he the glory, To God be the glory for the things He has done. With His blood He has saved me; With His power He has raised me; To God be the glory of the things He has done.

Just let me live my life;Let it be pleasing, Lord, to Thee. And should I gain any praise Let it go to Calvary. With His blood He has saved me; With His power He has raised me; To God be the glory of the things He has done.

If you would like to hear the music that goes with these words, just let me know. I have a tape with my son singing this song who has a beautiful voice.

I can only express my gratitude for your generous time and expertise in restoring my eye by sharing the love of my Lord with you. May He bless you exceedingly abundantly above all that I can ask or think.

In His Matchless Love,

Betty
